Very happy with this purchase. The "heavy" base keeps it steady on the floor with no tipping. Well made unit.
I like the look and feel of this piece overall. The actual roller part is made of plastic which is disappointing, but not a deal breaker. The stand is a good height for use, and the base is small enough that it doesn't get in the way. We have the satin nickel finish, which matches the decor in our bathroom nicely.The only drawback is it's a little bit lightweight (still a reasonable weight, just light for some use), but overall a very nice and attractive addition to our new bathroom.
But the spring loaded spindle that actually holds the toilet roll is made from cheap plastic! Hope it does not break off!
Good quality product at a fraction of the cost it sells for in hardware stores.
The baby keep hitting the in-wall mounted dispenser and finally dismounted it right off the wall. This particular bathroom is very small (downstairs Levittown, Pa Jubilee) so we repaired the wall and can now move the dispensed around, out of sight and behind the door even! The baby lost interest!
I got the brushed steel color. It's classy and understated. The height is just right, and so is the weight in the base. Light enough to move around but heavy enough that it doesn't rock at all when you pull paper. I'm very happy with it.
Our newly remodeled guest bathroom did not have a convenient location to place a wall mounted tissue roll holder. I was apprehensive about buying online without seeing the product quality before making the purchase, but I went ahead and took a chance. When I received the package, I was more than pleased with the quality and styling of this tissue holder! It assembled easily in just seconds and was sturdy and well made. I couldn't have been more pleased.
