Product arrived promptly as ordered & shipped. No complaints with Amazon's service. However, I purchased this product because we recently put in a new driveway, so I was looking for an ice melt option that would not destroy the driveway. The manufacturer claimed to offer this protection. However, once we started doing more research, we found that this substance has not been approved as safe for driveway surfaces. Very disappointing & misleading claims by the manufacturer.
