Package said Vermont American, but it turns out it is made in China. Perhaps they should be called Vermont Chinese. Anyways, average quality and decent but nothing special. I tested them and some are slightly wobbly, a common trait of average drills. Yes, low price but also average overall. Good for occasional users who need a hex drill bit here and there.

This set seems to be meant to last- the reason I purchased it is because the original bit cracked. This set is still drilling for me.
