   When I received the product the box looked like it had been thrown down the stairs. After opening the main part of the vacuum was bent and had to be tweeked back into shape for the top to fit on. the handle on the top was also broke off. THe vacuum still works well and I did not worry about returning it cause I was able to fix the problems myself.

   been pretty fantastic so far, incredible power. Cleaned our whole driveway and garage fairly easily. THere is one downside to this vac, it comes with narrow hoses that limit how big an item it can suck up. However you can easily attach larger hoses for leaves etc.SO basically would be 5 stars except for the fact that the hoses are narrow and you need to purchase larger ones.
